Installing updates / Info on FanDraft updates

Occationally FanDraft will release updates to its current software version.
If you are a registered user of the current version number (currently v9), these updates are FREE to you, and highly encouraged.

Instructions for installing updates:
1) Check your current version of FanDraft by selecting "Help > About".
2) If you need an update, then download the latest version by logging in here: https://www.fansoftmedia.com/store/member.php
3) Re-download the FanDraft EXE file.
4) Install the recent FanDraft EXE file. Make sure FanDraft is closed before doing this
5) Launch the FanDraft software.
6) Select the option to "Load other league", find your original league file (it has a ".fan" extension, and is usually located in the "/leagues/" folder)

This will be the first time I update my Fandraft to a newer version. When I clicked on the link to go to the store I don't see any "update" choices. Do I need to select the FanDraft V9.25 and then indicate which payment method I want and then go from there? My card won't get charged again?

As mentioned above:

Just re-download the FanDraft .EXE file that is displayed.
Then follow the remainder of the instructions.

The update is COMPLETELY FREE!

Software was working fine until I uploaded this v10.11 upgrade!! I had the v10.10.....please send me the v10.10 so I can re-install it until v10.11 is working. I cannot even operate the draft room due to "script error" pop up.

I just finished doing an install and my software still says I am running 10.08. In fact, the update even said it was installing 10.08. Is this just a typo or is the wrong file being downloaded from your site?

It sounds like you didn't download/re-install properly.
Please re-login and re-install, and that should do the trick...
It should say v10.13 after re-installing.
