New “Voice Announcer” feature to FanDraft Football

This new feature utilizes the “Text-to-Speech” technology available within Windows to verbally “announce” picks as they are made (learn more)
As soon as a pick is made, the “Voice Announcer” will speak the most recent pick, as well as who is on deck.
